Growing up, tong sui always meant spending time together. We would squeeze into the local tong sui shop after dinner to keep the night going, or gather around the table at home for a comforting end to a family meal.
We want to bring those memories from Hong Kong and Macau to our neighborhood in Melbourne, sharing that same comfort and connection for your own weekend rituals at home.

Here is how it works
When and where do I pick up?
Order by Thursday 12pm for that week.
At checkout you choose your spot and time, Footscray Station Car Park on Friday evening (6pm - 6:30pm), or Queen Victoria Market on Saturday noon (12pm - 12:30pm), next to Iglu Melbourne City Student Accommodation on Franklin Street.
Everything is handed to you chilled, so it travels safely to your neighbourhood and is ready to warm up whenever you are.
Planning a future get-together? You can always schedule your orders with us up to 60 days in advance.
Do you deliver?
Not just yet! We're doing pickup only for now. If that changes, you'll hear it on Instagram first.
How do I store it?
Straight into the fridge when you get home.
The dessert soups are at their best within 48 hours of pickup.
We highly recommend enjoying your Tong Jyun on the same day for the absolute best texture! The delicate, mochi-like skin tends to soak up moisture overnight, so eating them fresh ensures you get that perfect, chewy bite.
How do I heat it up?
Pour it into a small pot and warm it over low heat, stirring now and then.
Microwave works too. Remove the lid, heat for one minute, and stir. Then, add another 30 - 40 seconds as needed, since every microwave heats a little differently!
